Alyssa - 8 months old!

Alyssa turned 8 months old on Jan. 17! This past month was a big month as Alyssa perfected her sitting skills even more and loves to join her brothers as they play (they play, she sits and watches and chews on their toys - duplo legos, toy food, action figures, etc). She started eating real food (baby cereal and pureed veggies!) and LOVES - and I mean LOVES- it!!!! When she sees her bowl and spoon come out, she starts squeeling and leaning toward them, super excited for her meal! (If the lid is on her bowl with food inside, she has been known to grab the bowl and bite on it, trying to get the lid off!) This girl is the happiest, most chill baby I've ever seen. She adores her big brothers, loves traveling the country making new friends, and continually melts our hearts with her smiles, giggles, kisses and sweetness!!

The Holidays at Home (Nov-Dec 2016)

We have greatly enjoyed these past couple months at home! They were busy, exciting and flew by way too quickly! Enjoy these few photos as we recap our break at home!

For the first time since he was Baby Jesus at 4 months old, David was in the Christmas play again!!!  He acted as an extra in the market scene and got to wear a costume and get makeup done! 

He loved it!

We got to use Alyssa as "Older Baby Jesus" during the flight to Egypt scene. She had a great time on stage cooing and smiling at Mommy and Daddy as we sang about her! :)

Thankful for this great opportunity we get to have together!

Fall Tour 2016!

So thankful for how God led, protected, provided for, used and blessed us this fall as we went on the road for the first time as a family of 5! Enjoy these few photos as they recap some of the meetings and fun adventures we had along the way!

We taught the teens and Caleb preached with a translator at Iglesia Bautista de la Fe in Durham, NC.

Had SO much fun recording a couple songs for a patriotic cd at Faith Music Missions in Indiana!

So blessed to be able to spend some time with our hero - Patch the Pirate (Ron Hamilton) and his family!

Thankful for these dear friends, Pastor and Mrs. Shifflet...we greatly enjoyed our week of revival meetings with them at Calvary Baptist Church in Dundalk, MD!

After 2 1/2 months on the road and a long 14-hour drive from MD, David's excitement speaks for all of us! We are THANKFUL to be home sweet home!

Thank you for praying for us this fall! God has truly blessed! We head out for our Spring Tour the very end of December! May each of you have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year!
